Mother, this is the tape-recorder which I received. If You could say something . . . so that I do not go astray.
All that I can say is this: Be faithful to your highest ideal.
Mother, this will be something which will bring me nearer to You. Because each time I shall switch on the tape-recorder, I shall hear Your voice.
(Mother then speaks slowly, in a solemn voice:)
