This book records conversations which the Mother had with Huta from 1955 to 1973. Huta recorded the talks from memory and sent them the next day to the Mother for corrections. In these revealing talks, the Mother teaches Huta how to live the true inner life and constantly encourages her to overcome her problems and difficulties, to reject the influence of the adverse forces, and to open herself completely to the Divine. In addition, the Mother talks to her about the Future Painting. Also included are a few letters written by the Mother.

Suppose a glass is full of water, and if you shake the glass, surely the water will spill and after some time nothing will remain inside the glass. But if the glass is still, the water will never be spilt. Similarly, you lose your strength and everything when you are not quiet and steady. You should not let the mind and the brain jump like a monkey—you must not think too much and strain your brain, otherwise you are likely to fall into trouble and be caught by various sicknesses.
I am not thinking and using my memory, whatever comes from above to the heart, I am doing exactly according to that and automatically the thing goes on wonderfully. Nothing to remember and no bother about anything.
If the head is completely blank, still and peaceful, and, if people open themselves to the Divine's Light, they can receive the Divine's Light and afterwards there is no brain's work, no headache, no thinking mind; whatever comes from above is true and will happen without any struggle; also it can happen at every moment. Thus automatically the Light works on the brain and things become easier.
