Mother You said so ...

When you sleep, in sleep itself there is a growth in the cells of the brain, not while you think actively.

If you read the spiritual books and sleep, at that time I start working upon the cells of the brain and after some time you can understand the books which you have read before, nicely and clearly by yourself.

Suppose there is a house, and in that house there are sweetness, light and peace. But they are surrounded by falsehood. Now, if you step out of the house and close the door behind, you will find yourself unprotected in the midst of bad vibrations which will enter your heart and upset everything. There are various kinds of vibrations of the lower forces.

To save yourself from the adverse forces, you should do only this: at once you must step back and re-enter your house—the heart. So none can touch and harass your true self. After entering the house, you must keep quiet and call the Divine. Then you will surely have an experience of the Divine's Love and Sweetness. You will feel that the Lord has now taken you into His arms. Thus you will have the happiest moments of your life. This is one of the ways. If you follow it, you will not have to bother about the lower forces. Here there is no need of concentration, which takes time. But this is a nice experiment—it is not the work of the brain, it is not an intellectual thing. If you go within your heart, you can get everything, because everything is there. You will not feel lonely; you will feel always the Divine's Presence.

If there are not useless and lower things in yourself, you can feel the Divine's Light and Presence. Of course, it takes time to get the Truth. But first of all comes peace, then light and finally the strength. Only in peace you can realise everything.
