For the Body's Sake

The offering of actions to the Lord
Is difficult for those embroiled in self.
Is there a definition of the word
Embedded in the lexicon of man
Or is the word a simple way of saying
All must be given, even the food we take
And when we are at table sincerely praying
Offer the food for the growing body's sake.
