All the violence and all the hate As if a demon spirit in full control Convinced mankind to simply vegetate Surrendering earth to his demonic control.
And yet souls gather invoking lasting peace Call from the depths appealing to the heights Seeking ways to make the violence cease And the oppressiveness of evil's mights.
A few have heard of Mother and Auroville The city seeking unity through love Dissolution of the ego and ill-will Disharmony and greed and lust to move
From their long held status as the powerful, Remove the chains that bind us to the past Instill the Truth-light and All-Beautiful Install collective harmony to outlast
The evil messengers that now have hold Their power and their wizardry untold That earth become divine and pure again And God awake the sleeping souls of men.
