Of aIl the grandeur in the world I've seen There is no bliss or beauty to compare With the awakening of Auroville's green Forests and her miracle of air.
The world appears to darken with deceit And lands once fertile now are sterile fields Polluted beneath the workers wounded feet And poisoned waters a toxic harvest yields,
But there is hope, humanity assured That an evolutionary race will come, Malignant forces that once had seemed inured To evil made scented earth their home
Shall pass as dust borne by a solar wind And God his love to human hearts shall bind.
