I shall rest this tired body now and feel The melting softness of the autumn sky Cover me in calm for I needs heal These ancient wounds and with a gentle sigh Take up my path to find the inner peace. In centuries long past I came to know That destiny demands the mind to cease, Marks well the road on which my soul must go. There is no rest fo r those who seeking Thee Fly beyond the stars where angels play, Admit of no defeat, for victory Is to the hearts who brave the weltering fray. Man no longer must be evil's toy Manipulated by the demon lords And move from sorrow to a world of joy The language of revivifying words Command, ascending to a higher plane Awakened by love to live in truth again.
