He smiles at our intransigence and more He is with us when we turn away from him He beckons us through the ever open door Mid choirs of the enthralling cherubim.
He tells us it is He who resides within And yet we struggle to find him knowing not His secret dwelling place; we are his kin. It seems through time and times we have forgot,
We ruminate upon the fading past And on its instability we rest Where is the warrior, the seeker‘s vast Exploration with the courage to test
The waters of the worlds of the unknown And the light that once upon our spirits shone As it does now as the new race begins, Leaving all behind, desires, thoughts and sins.
