I look upon the silence of the sea And would that silence swiftly enter me, And I become a messenger of love To join with others descended from above To help the world to heal from careless men Its suppurating wounds and once again Return to beauty and divinest grace Among the untold guardians of space. Might all attain the vision They have brought, No longer in the maelstrom to be caught Transformed by Truth and always giving love Received from Her through whom all beings move, Disciples and children of the coming race Who once have chanced to look upon Her Face
