Not as a mendicant I come to Thee Or waif from some unknown eternity But confident I bow before Thy Feet, The Lord Divine within my soul to meet, My Mother embracing me through centuries Who through my ignorance and ego sees What I may be when finally cleansed of sin Or what some call sin, the path of Light begin, Uncaring of the days or countless years Dissolving in me all the karmic fears That I may grow divine and at Her Feet Purified in love divine, replete With joy and peace returning to my home Answering Her call to me, “Come.”.
