Mother we implore Thee in these dark And turbulent days of Covid's disease Where governments write laws grim and stark, Ignoring earth's cry, doing as they please
With edicts unjust to satisfy their greed And power lust, the millions to control, Such is the ego and its insatiable need To thwart the advent of the aspiring soul,
Its harmony, desireless love and peace. Mother, save the world from darkness' grip Allow that aspiration shall not cease Or we in ignorance to evil slip
But work with earth in its evolving way And halt the evil forces rampant play.
