I remember Her who once I knew in dreams My solace and my spur to greater heights Who came to me a youth so long it seems, To the spirit and its world of dazzling lights.
I lived in vital words intense and strong And could not free the spirit from its course, Though something in the sleeping soul did long For greater beauty vibrant at its source
Of life that eventually would transform The being of desire into one Against unenlightened ones who are the norm, Allowing the emergence of the sun.
For She determined a diviner way That in Her Light my struggling soul would stay.
